Breakfast Pizza Recipe
Breakfast pizza with peppers and onions
Ingredients
- 1 Pizza Crust
- Approximately 8 Eggs scrambled until slightly underdone.
- Salt & Pepper
- Sliced Red and Green Bell Peppers
- Sliced Red Onion
- Oil to saute vegetables
- Option: cooked breakfast sausage or cooked bacon (crumbled)
Instructions
- Cook pizza crust according to directions to a light golden brown.
- Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees
- Place oil in a skillet and saute the strips of bell pepper and onion until tender. Set aside.
- Scramble eggs with salt and pepper to taste until they're firm enough to hold together but are still slightly under-cooked and a little wet/shiny looking on the surface.
- Distribute the scrambled eggs evenly over the crust, then distribute the sauteed vegetables over the eggs.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the pizza.
- Put breakfast pizza in the 350 degree oven until the cheese is nicely melted - approximately 9 to 10 minutes.
