Pumpkin Soup Recipe
Pumpkin soup with carrots and onions
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lbs Pumpkin
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 13 oz Onions (Diced)
- 13 oz Carrots (Diced)
- 4 oz Butter
- 1 qrt Heavy Cream
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Creme Fraiche
- Cinnamon 1 Dash
- Nutmeg 1 Dash
Pumpkin Soup
Garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a pot except for the cream and let simmer for one hour.
- While cooking the soup assemble garnish by mixing all together.
- Puree the soup and finish with the heavy cream.
