Croissant Berry Pudding Recipe

Bread pudding made with croissants and blueberries
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds of croissants
- 24 oz heavy cream
- 8 oz eggs
- 6 oz sugar
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
- 3 oz blueberries
Instructions
- Mix all except the blueberries and croissants
- Add blueberries and pour over croissants.
- Cover and bake for 40 mins at 350.
- Remove foil and bake additional 15-20 minutes.
