Drink mix consisting primarily of Irish cider and pineapple juice

Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce Bunratty poitín
  • 3/4 ounce Bacardi 151
  • 3 ounces Magners Irish Cider
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • Splash of blue curacao
  • 1 ounce simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in glass over ice.
  2. Stir or shake.
