Olivias Potatoes Recipe
Scalloped potatoes with mozzarella, cheddar and provolne cheeses
Ingredients
- 7/8 c. Heavy cream
- 3 ea. Eggs
- 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp. Onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. Black pepper
- 1 1/3 lbs. Potatoes, diced
- 1 oz. Leeks, sliced
- 1/8 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. Ground pepper
- 1 1/3 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/3 oz. Mozzarella & provolone cheese mix, grated
- 1 1/8 c. Batter

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour over prepared potatoes.
- Mix all ingredients together except batter and place in casserole dish sprayed with non stick spray.
- Pour off batter into pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 min.
