Pina Colada Recipe
Pina Colada drink with rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 ounces rum
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces coconut cream
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
- pineapple wedge
Instructions
- In a blender, combine rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice.
- Blend on high speed for about 1 minute.
- Strain into a 14 ounce cocktail glass.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge.
