Dagobah Slug Slinger
Ingredients
- .5 oz lime juice
- 1 oz of Dagobah slug syrup
- 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
- 1 oz Orange tangerine juice
- .75 oz Blue Curaçao
- 2 oz Reposado tequila
- 1 oz of water Ice
- 1 cup of high quality H2O
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4oz of fresh ginger - peeled and cut into 1/4” slices (approx 1/4 cup)
- 3” rosemary sprig
Dagobah Slug Syrup
Instructions
- Add water and sugar to a high walled sauce pan and bring to a boil while stirring.
- Add ginger and rosemary and return to a boil.
- Once starting to boil and when all sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and let sit for at least 5 hours to infuse. (This process can be cut down to 15 minutes if using an isi gourmet whipped cream dispenser and rapid infuser kit)
- Once infused add to a sterile container or a jar and store refrigerated. (The syrup should store for about three months)
- Mix ingredients together
- Shake and strain
