Mickey Mouse Cupcakes

Cupcakes in the shape of Mickey Mouse with edible Oreo ears

Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix
  • 1 can frosting
  • 1 package regular oreos
  • Toothpicks
  • Red cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. Bake cupcakes in red cupcake liner and allow to cool
  2. Frost cupcakes with a layer of frosting
  3. In a food processor, crush 2 rows of Oreo’s (keep one row uncrushed)
  4. Dip frosted cupcake in the cookie crumbs, making sure to cover all of the frosting
  5. Frost whole oreos and roll into crumbs
  6. Stick a toothpick in each whole oreo, and then into the cupcakes accordingly to create Mickey's Ears
