Smores Brownie Recipe
A smore combined with cooked brownies and a layer of ice cream between
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup cocoa
- 3 3/4 cups sugar
- 6 each eggs- beaten
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup flour (for gluten-free try Bob's Red Mill flour used by Disney)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- graham cracker crust
- mini marshmallows
- sprinkles
- vanilla ice cream
- cooking torch
Instructions
- In a sauce pan, melt butter and add cocoa.
- Next add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Add flour (for gluten-free try Bob's Red Mill flour used by Disney) and salt.
- Pour into 9-13 inch pan over crust (any store bought graham cracker crust will do).
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake at 350 for 30 min.
- Cut into shapes of your choice, layer with ice cream and fruit sauces.
- Skewer marshmallows on a chopstick, burn with a torch and roll in sprinkles.
- Stick through brownie and ice cream.
