Chicken Sha Cha With Peanut Sauce Recipe
Chicken skewers with a peanut sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thigh meat
- 1 1/3 oz sha cha sauce
- 2/5 oz smashed garlic
- 1/2 oz soy sauce
- 1/8 oz chicken base
- 1/8 oz sugar
- 1/20 oz pepper
- 2/5 oz sesame oil
- 1/2 egg
- 1 1/3 oz sha cha sauce
- 2/5 oz smashed garlic

- 1/8 oz corn starch
- 1/20 oz chicken base
- 2/5 oz cooking wine
- 2 oz soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp smashed peanut
Peanut Sauce
Instructions
- Cut chicken into small thin cubes. Marinate chicken thigh overnight with all the marinating ingredients. Skewer chicken thigh and grill it until cooked.
- Mix all the ingredients together and cook until boiling. Serve chicken with peanut sauce and cucumber wedges.
