Mango Sorbet Recipe
Mango sorbet with fresh mangoes
Ingredients
- 4 large ripe mangoes,peeled,seeded, and chopped
- 1/2 c water
- 2 T light corn syrup
- 2 T sugar
Instructions
- Puree mango in a blender
- In a bowl, stir together the mango,water,light corn syrup, & sugar until the mixture is smooth & the sugar has dissolved
- Chill the mixture, covered, about 2 hours until cold
- Store tightly packed & covered in freezer department or fridge until ready to serve.
