Chef Mickeys Key Lime Pie

Key lime pie with graham cracker crust

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 6 tbsp Key lime juice
  • 1 9" prepared graham cracker pie shell
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 fresh lime, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Combine milk and egg yolks in a blender or food processor on low speed.
  3. Slowly add lime juice, mixing until well blended.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool and refrigerate.
  7. Top with whipped cream and a slice of lime.
