Key Lime Pie Recipe – Chef Mickeys
Key lime pie with graham cracker crust
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 6 tbsp Key lime juice
- 1 9" prepared graham cracker pie shell
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 fresh lime, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Combine milk and egg yolks in a blender or food processor on low speed.
- Slowly add lime juice, mixing until well blended.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Let cool and refrigerate.
- Top with whipped cream and a slice of lime.
