Bertinas Pasta Salad Recipe
Pasta salad with onions, peppers and celery
Ingredients
- 1 pound Tri-Color Pasta (4 cups after cooked)
- ¾ cup Red Onion, diced fine
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced fine
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, diced fine
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Granulated Garlic
- 1 ¾ tablespoons Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Ground Turmeric, toasted
- 1 tablespoon Curry Powder, toasted
- To taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Cook tri-color pasta and allow to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl , mix the cooled pasta and all the other ingredients.
- Check the seasoning and adjust if needed
