Banana Bread

Yield: 4 loaves

Banana Bread

A moist and delicious bread with a banana flavor

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Bananas
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 6 ounces Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 3 each Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add bananas to crush.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and add to the above.
  4. Combine wet ingredients and add to the above.
  5. Fill greased loaf pans 3/4 to the top.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees F oven for about 30 minutes.
