Chicken Florentine Calzone

Calzone filled with spinach, chicken, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces chicken
  • 3 ounces carmelized onion
  • 6 ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 16 ounces Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 ounces cooked spinach
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Pizza Crust

Instructions

  1. Cook and dice chicken.
  2. Cook and chop spinach.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and place in pizza crust.
  4. Wrap and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
