Beef Shish Kabobs

Beef shish kabobs with onions, parsley and coriander

Ingredients

  • 24 Oz. beef tenderloin cut into one-inch cubes
  • 1/2 Cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped coriander
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 8 - 8"skewer sticks

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Put 4 oz. of beef on each skewer stick.
  3. Cook over a bed of hot coals or in the broiler for about 5 to 8 minutes.
