Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe
Decadent hot fudge sauce
Ingredients
- 4 ounces Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 & 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a heavy saute pan over medium heat, combine chocolate, sugar, water & corn syrup.
- Stir continuously until chocolate & butter has melted and sugar is dissolved.
- When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and continue slightly boiling for 10 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
