Cotton Candy Popsicle

Cotton Candy Popsicle

Cotton candy flavored ice pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (for a non-dairy alternative try Silk soy milk used by Disney)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla pudding
  • 2 tablespoons half & half cream
  • 1 cup cotton candy, loosely packed
  • 1 drop blue food coloring
  • 1/4 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring

Instructions

  1. In a large measuring cup, whisk together milk, pudding, cream and cotton candy.
  2. Add one drop each of blue food coloring and cotton candy flavoring.
  3. Whisk until the color is blended evenly.
  4. Pour into a chilled Zoku Quick Pop Maker and allow to freeze for approximately 9 minutes.
  5. Make sure to put the sticks into the popsicle maker before pouring the liquid in because they will begin to freeze instantly.
  6. Store in the freezer.
  7. Repeat with the remainder of the cotton candy milk mixture.
  8. * Note: You can make these in slow freeze popsicle makers and paper cups too. However, you will need to allow the popsicles to freeze for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
